At last it has cooled down so I can get back to my puter, this hot weather seems to have been with us for months AND I DON'T LIKE IT, lol. Seems I only have to have the puter on for five minutes and the temperature in my little room soars into the 100s, so if you have been wondering where I am its probably in a cold shower or finding any breeze I can in the garden. But I am back now and will try and keep this blog up to date a bit more, some chance, lol. I have been to a few BBQs over the last couple of months, down to the Kent coast to see me mum and dad who spend the summer in the caravan at Walmer but it was not much cooler down there. Haven't been away yet, well not since April, but will be heading back to Vegas in September for 10 days and probably Florida in November. Work has been dropping off over the last few months so Howard has said I can give up in November, whooooooooopie, well I only do about 6 hours a week now it hardly seems worth the train fare, so I shall work from home as and when I am needed (ie holiday times). And my other big news is our daughter Amanda got engaged on the 18th July to Daniel, they have been going out for two years and he asked Howard in April for her hand, I think he wants the rest of her too, lol.
